QD double girder overhead crane is a wide-application lifting machinery. It mainly consists of two main girders, lifting trolley, operating mechanism and electrical control system. The lifting device of qd overhead crane is a hook. Its track is laid above the main beam for the lifting trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main beam goes with the box-type end beam. And the end beam is normally with a joint in the middle and connected with bolts or pins for the disassembly and transportation of the bridge. Clients have three operation modes to select, ground handle, wireless remote control and driver's cabin.

QD overhead crane has two kinds of cabin room, open and closed, with adjustable seats, floor laying insulation mat, window glass using tempered glass. We could offer tailor design service according to user requirements, air conditioning, sound, intercom and other items.

Its work class is around A3 ~ A7, common lifting weight of 3 ~ 250 ton. This bridge crane is suitable for loading, unloading and lifting work in factories, warehouses and freight yards. And the ambient temperature is -20 ° C ~ 40 ° C and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is prohibited to work in flammable, explosive and corrosive gas environments.
