Description du produit

The QDY Metallurgy Overhead Crane is a heavy-duty lifting solution for demanding metallurgical applications. Featuring a robust double-girder structure, it integrates a main hook and auxiliary hook system to handle extreme loads up to 74/20 tons. Built to ISO, FEM, and GB standards, its heat-resistant components withstand ambient temperatures up to 50°C. The crane utilizes a closed-track design with high-strength steel for enhanced durability in harsh environments.

With Class H insulation and IP55 protection, metallurgy overhead crane ensures reliable operation in dusty, humid, or high-temperature workshops. And redundant safety systems include overload limiters and dual brakes guarantee compliance with A7/M7 duty cycles. Modular construction allows customization of span (10.5-31.5m) and lifting height (up to 22m). Electric hoist can be small tonnage (less than 16t) and special trolley for metallurgy can be large tonnage (16t and above). The traveling mechanism adopts special motor reducer, and various speed control systems can be optional.
