The baking multifunctional bridge crane plays an important role in the metallurgical industry, especially in the production of carbon products. Its suction device is integrated into the trolley part and mainly consists of a suction cup (or clamp), a vacuum pump, a piping system and a control valve. The design of the suction cup is customized according to the shape and size of the handling material. For irregularly shaped materials, a special clamp design could be used instead of the traditional suction cup to achieve a more secure grip.

The vacuum pump is one of the core components of the suction device. It is responsible for generating the necessary negative pressure environment so that the suction cup can firmly adsorb the material. The selection of the vacuum pump needs to consider factors such as operating efficiency, energy consumption and noise to adapt to different production environment requirements.

The piping system is to connect the suction cup and the vacuum pump to ensure smooth air flow, thereby maintaining a stable adsorption force. At the same time, the piping system must also have a certain degree of flexibility so that it will not hinder the operation during the movement of the trolley. In addition, the entire system can be equipped with multiple control valves, which will accurately control the actions of each part through the electrical control system, including turning on and off the vacuum pump, adjusting the vacuum degree, etc., to achieve an efficient and safe material handling process.

Application
